Please enter the 17-digit chassis number (VIN) of your vehicle in the input field above. This information is sufficient to identify your vehicle. Please make sure that the number is correct.
You can optionally enter the year of manufacture as well, but it is not necessary. It serves as an aid for us to find possible errors. Vehicles before 1995, for example, most likely do not have an EC type approval and cannot get a COC document.
As a commercial customer or company, please include your VAT identification number (VAT ID). For companies in Germany or private persons this is not required.
If the delivery of a COC for your chassis number (VIN) is not possible, for example because the vehicle is too old or was not built for the European market, we will cancel the order immediately and refund the full purchase price.
Once the document is created by the vehicle manufacturer, you will receive an eMail with the PDF of your COC. With this copy it is possible in many cases to register your vehicle or to make a technical inspection. The original document will then be sent to you by mail or express.
